You may return your purchase at your expense for any reason within 30 days
of receipt for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price. Some of our
products include a shipping charge, which is not refundable. If a product
arrives damaged, or we made an error in the original order, and it cannot be
remedied with replacement parts we will pay to have the item sent to us and send
a replacement to you at no additional cost. If you decide you do not want parts
or a replacement, the item can be returned to us under our standard return
policy. All returned products must be in original condition and packaging;
otherwise, additional charges may be applied to bring the item back to its
original selling condition.
Please note that we will only accept a return if an RMA has been
issued, otherwise package will be refused. This is to insure that the product is
returned to the right location, that we know the problem with the item and can
alert the manufacturer in advance.
If you wish to return an item that has been preassembled
by the manufacturer you agree to pay for all return shipping of the item. If you
or your agent has assembled the item, you will be responsible for disassembling
item and repacking item into original box.
(a) If the package looks significantly damaged, please REFUSE DELIVERY of the
package. Our products are packed with the intention of withstanding the rigors
of shipping, but if an item looks damaged or has parts missing, please notify us
immediately. Even if the package appears only slightly damaged, please notify
delivery driver and ask him to make a note of this fact. You may also sign
"Package Damaged" when you sign for the delivery. We will send you a replacement
upon receipt of the returned damaged product. If you refuse delivery, please

(b) If you have already accepted the package and find that parts are missing or
damaged, please contact us immediately. Most parts including seats, backs, arms,
base units can easily be replaced. All of our chairs carry a Manufacturer's
Lifetime Limited Warranty and the manufacturer's phone number has been included
in your shipment. However, if a product arrives damaged we will at our
discretion either (1) replace the product; (2) ship missing or replacement parts
at no expense to you or (3) issue a credit which will be limited to the actual
sales price of the item, and if applicable, any associated shipping and handling
for the damaged item only. If at our discretion, a damaged product must be
returned to us, we will pay for the return freight.
All requests for technical service and support, for any product purchased through
CHAIRGUYS.COM, in most cases, can be made directly to the manufacturer in accordance with
their terms and conditions. The
